400G - 800G Transceivers
400G and 800G optical transceivers are designed to support next-generation high-bandwidth networks used in hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and high-performance computing environments. These transceivers enable ultra-high data throughput while maintaining signal integrity, power efficiency, and port density required for modern switching and routing platforms.
NAFO/Coretek 400G to 800G transceivers are manufactured in Taiwan and built to comply with industry Multi-Source Agreements (MSA), IEEE Ethernet standards, and applicable international regulatory requirements. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM/DDM) is supported where applicable, allowing real-time visibility into temperature, voltage, laser bias current, and optical transmit and receive power levels.

The 400G to 800G portfolio includes:
-
400G OSFP
-
400G QSFP112
-
400G QSFP56-DD
-
800G OSFP
-
800G QSFP-DD800
These form factors are designed to meet different system architecture requirements including high-density switch front panels, thermal management constraints, and future network scalability.
400G OSFP (Octal Small Form Factor Pluggable)
OSFP modules support eight high-speed electrical lanes and are commonly used for high-power, high-thermal-budget applications. They are widely deployed in spine and core switching for hyperscale and cloud environments.
400G QSFP112
QSFP112 uses 112G PAM4 electrical signaling per lane, allowing 400G transmission within the QSFP form factor. This enables backward mechanical compatibility with existing QSFP ports while supporting next-generation data rates.
400G QSFP56-DD (Double Density)
QSFP56-DD doubles the electrical interface compared to standard QSFP, supporting eight lanes to achieve 400G throughput while maintaining high front panel density.
800G OSFP
800G OSFP modules are designed for next-generation switching platforms requiring maximum bandwidth and thermal capability. These modules typically use advanced PAM4 modulation and support very high aggregate throughput for AI and cloud workloads.
800G QSFP-DD800
QSFP-DD800 enables 800G transmission in a high-density pluggable form factor, supporting next-generation 112G or higher electrical signalling per lane. It is optimized for next-generation data center switching and router architectures.
