10G Transceivers
SFP+ (Enhanced Small Form-factor Pluggable) transceivers are compact, hot-swappable optical and copper modules designed for 10 Gigabit network applications across telecom, industrial, data center, and mobile transport environments. Maintaining the same physical form factor as standard SFP modules, SFP+ transceivers enable higher bandwidth without increasing port density or system footprint. All SFP+ modules are MSA compliant and meet CE, FCC, and RoHS requirements. Integrated Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM/DDM) provides real-time visibility into temperature, voltage, bias current, and optical power.
NAFO/Coretek supplies a complete range of 10G SFP+ transceivers, available in standard optical reach variants including SR, LR, ER, and ZR, as well as dual-rate and specialty options:
• 10G SFP+
• 10G BIDI SFP+
• 10G CWDM SFP+
• 10G DWDM SFP+
• 10G CPRI SFP+
• 10G SFP+ Copper
• 10G CSFP+
These 10G SFP+ modules support multimode and single-mode fiber with transmission distances ranging from short-reach 100 m, 300 m, and 550 m links to long-distance options including 2 km, 10 km, 20 km, 40 km, and up to 80 km, depending on optical variant, wavelength, and fiber type. CWDM and DWDM SFP+ transceivers enable wavelength-efficient scaling for metro and long-haul networks, while BIDI SFP+ modules reduce fiber usage by transmitting and receiving over a single strand. Dual-rate 1G/10G SFP+ modules provide backward compatibility for gradual network upgrades, subject to host platform support.
Available with LC duplex interfaces, all SFP+ transceivers are validated through optical eye pattern testing, bit error rate analysis, and interoperability testing with major switching and transport platforms. Designed for both commercial (0°C to 70°C) and industrial (-40°C to 85°C) environments, these SFP+ solutions deliver reliable 10 Gigabit performance, extended reach options, and cost-effective high-speed optical connectivity.
